Inspired by laneways of Melbourne, New York and Europe
Fortieth & Hurstmere has been in the works for nearly three years; a collaborative project between McKinney + Windeatt architects, Challenge Construction and Verve Property Management. Together, developers worked to create a unique experience in the heart of Takapuna. The industrial space, inspired by the likes of New York's Chelsea Food Market, services a number of eateries and shared outdoor, dining spaces to encourage guests to come and try a variety of food types.
